I really enjoy this coffee! Governors Cup is smooth and classic. It is my go-to cup of joe in the mornings. It reminds me of sitting around a nice campfire and soaking it all in. My current brew method is a Moccamaster, and I grind my beans to a medium coarse, about like sea salt. I also enjoyed the flavor this bean brings when I was using a pour over. Governors Cup is consistent and is essentially the litmus test for me. I find myself comparing all other beans to Governors Cup. That’s what keeps me coming back! 🙂
