At Day Break Coffee Roasters, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and exceptional service. Below you'll find details on our shipping, returns, and refund policies for both food and non-food items.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping through trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and seasonal volume.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup is available at our roastery located at 1403 Avenue F, Lubbock, TX 79401. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready. Local delivery is available for individuals in Lubbock and Wolfforth.
Return Policy
Food Items (Coffee Beans, Syrups, Sauces, Smoothie Mixes)
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Non-Food Items (Merchandise & Equipment)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Policy
Food Items
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect food items. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and include proof of issue.
Non-Food Items
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
